Sir Paul McCartney is one of the biggest legends to hail from Liverpool, but even after a career spanning decades many fans are still learning things about the star.
The 80-year-old is known for being a vegetarian. In fact, he hasn't eaten meat since 1975. The story goes that he and his late wife Linda McCartney were eating a lamb meal, when they saw lambs running around a field.
From then on the pair were staunch veggies, with Linda establishing her famous range of vegetarian foods in 1991.

Much like his late wife, Sir Paul is a foodie too, it seems. Speaking on Jessie Ware's Table Manners podcast, which first dropped last year, the Beatle quickly turned the conversation to food.
He told Jessie if he hadn't had a career in music, he'd have probably sold sandwiches. He said: "I’m the sandwich king. If my career tanks, I'm going to get one of those little bikes with the basket in front and go around selling sandwiches".
Macca then disclosed his favourite sandwich, and it's very heavy on the condiments. He said: “I love an onion bagel and then cut it in three so it’s kind of slimmish as bagels can be quite heavy. So I slice it into three. [sic]
“I pop two of those into the toaster and then I would spread a little bit of Marmite and work on the bottom of the bagel. I would then get some lettuce and then hummus. And then anything goes. You can add cheddar cheese slices on the hummus, and a sliced dill pickle.“
