In the six decades his career has span, Sir Paul has made countless TV appearances.
A fan favourite, came when the former Beatle appeared on the Carpool Karaoke segment of The Late Late Show with James Corden in 2018. In the show, the pair cruise round Liverpool, taking a trip down memory lane as they sing along to some of Paul and the Beatles' biggest hits.
However, Paul almost pulled out of the show at the last minute. Speaking in 2018 he said: “What with one thing and another it was all getting a bit much and I rang up and said "Hey I don’t think I can do this I haven’t got time" and James got back to me and said ‘"oh no you’ve got to do it, give us something. The minute I got in that car I loved it.”

I mean, doing it with Paul McCartney will probably take some beating from me personally. It was just a day I'll never, ever forget."
