The New England Patriots ruled out veteran guard Cole Strange and listed nine players as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Coach Jerod Mayo shared an update on Strange’s status early Friday. The 2022 first-round draft pick has resumed practice, but he isn’t going to be activated this week. According to Mayo, the team still expects him to play at some point this season.
Some key names are questionable to play against the Colts, including Demario Douglas, Kyle Dugger, Jabrill Peppers and Deatrich Wise Jr. There’s a chance the Patriots could be shorthanded coming off back-to-back losses to the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Rams.

The Patriots will be at home against a Colts team coming off a blowout loss to the Detroit Lions. Can they get back in the win column against another vulnerable team, or will they sink even further into the abyss with their 10th loss of the season?
