Patriots lose two OTA practices after violating league rules, per report

BOSTON — The Patriots have been docked two days of Organized Team Activities due to a violation of league rules, according to an ESPN report Wednesday.

It is unclear what offseason rules the team broke.

Earlier Wednesday, the Patriots announced they were canceling practices scheduled for Thursday and Tuesday, May 30. They will next return to the field for an OTA practice on Wednesday, May 31. OTA practices are non-padded, voluntary for players and are purposed to install the team’s playbooks.
