Patrice Evra has tipped Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham to pick up wins this weekend as the Premier League enters its penultimate round of action before the World Cup.
The Gunners travel to Chelsea for the best match-up of the weekend on Sunday, with Mikel Arteta's side looking to extend their lead at the top of the table. They come into the game on the back of a dominant win against newly-promoted Nottingham Forest.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are licking their wounds from a dreadful defeat at Brighton, which saw the Blues smashed 4-1 on Graham Potter's return to the Seagulls. They dropped down to sixth with the defeat and need a good performance having put in a series of mixed displays under Potter.
But Evra does not believe their turnaround will start at Stamford Bridge on Sunday. Instead, he has predicted another tough afternoon is in store for Potter, with the Frenchman penciling in a 3-1 win for the visitors.
"I don’t know what’s happened with Chelsea. You see they have made some progress, they’ve got a great manager, but I still feel like they don’t quite know yet. With the player they have they should be doing better than they are doing right now," he told Betfair.
"It’s a London derby and Arsenal are back winning with style and they are scoring lots of goals. Arsenal are much more prepared than Chelsea for this one and I can see them continuing their good run."

While the Gunners travel across London, their former manager Unai Emery will be taking charge of his first game at Aston Villa. The Spaniard has replaced Steven Gerrard at Villa Park as the Midlands side look to pull away from the relegation zone.
United are the visitors for his debut in the dugout in Birmingham, having defeated West Ham in their last Premier League outing. And Evra believes his former side will extend their unbeaten run in all competitions to 10 games with a 2-0 win.
"Villa have their new manager and they are playing at home, they will give their everything. For United, it’s back to business. This will be a tough one, but I can see United winning this one," Evra added.
The final game of the weekend comes from Tottenham, where Antonio Conte's men will host Liverpool. The Reds have lost two successive games in the top flight and Evra has insisted that poor run will not be stopped on Sunday, with a 2-1 defeat coming for Jurgen Klopp's side.
"Their [Liverpool's] defence is weak. It’s going to be a good game. Tottenham got a late goal last time out and I think there’s been a lot of criticism about them, but people need to calm down and remember where they were," he said.
"I’m going for Spurs and Conte in this one, because you can’t trust Liverpool this season, which is so weird because normally you can trust Klopp’s side. Everyone is in shock, what is going on with that team."
