Pat and Kathy revealed that they have been going to Rasam in Glasthule since it opened almost 20 years ago.
They described the award winning restaurant as having the "perfect blend of delicious exotic flavours" and the kind of welcome you can only get from a truly local restaurant.
The couple, who have been married since 1992 said it is "Indian food of the highest order."
"Nisheeth and his staff will frequently suggest new dishes, new tastes to delight the palate. We are fortunate to have made this dining discovery at the very beginning and have shared it with many friends over the years. Long may Rasam prosper," they added.
Restaurant owner Nisheeth previously snapped a picture of British actress Jane Seymour, known for East of Eden. Ed Sheeran was pictured in the upmarket Indian dining restaurant before one of his Dublin gigs.
Author Marian Keyes and former model and influencer Rosanna Davidson are also both fans of the cuisine there.
Following a visit, Marian said Rasam is her favourite restaurant in Dublin, "hands down."
"The menu is interesting and the food consistently delicious, but the warmth of the welcome from Nisheeth and his wonderful, fun, efficient staff makes every meal in Rasam special. I love it there," she said.
