Passengers outraged as man pretends to need wheelchair to skip hours of airport queues

A man has sparked outrage online after pretending to need a wheelchair in order to skip hours of queues at an airport. Wolf Jenkins was returning to the UK from a holiday in Turkey when he encountered the queue of fellow holidaymakers, who were waiting in line for more than two hours ahead of boarding a plane.

Having seen the huge lines, the 28-year-old student was worried he would miss his flight back home to Bristol. Rather than joining the back of the queue, he instead took off a shoe and sock and started limping around Milas-Bodrum airport pretending to have sprained his ankle.

Concerned airport staff asked Wolf if he had a fit to fly form as he checked in, but he told them that he had picked up the injury on the way to the airport and could walk if needed. However, flight attendants offered to push him around the airport in a wheelchair and took him and his friend straight past the massive queues to their seats on the plane in plenty of time.
