Partick Thistle and St Mirren go into the second leg of their William Hill Premiership play-off final on an even keel after battling out an exhausting 1-1 draw at Firhill.

Killian Phillips opened the scoring for Saints in the 39th minute of a frenetic and open match which barely took time to draw breath.
