Actress Helen Slayton-Hughes has died aged 92, her family have tragically announced.
The veteran actress launched her career in 1980 starring as Selma in the movie Mafia on the Bounty before going on to continue her career until earlier this year.
Announcing the news of her passing, a statement from her heartbroken family read: "Helen passed away last night. Her pain has ended but her fierce spirit lives on.
