NEW DELHI: Reigning world champion Simran Sharma will be looking to end her Paris Paralympics campaign with a medal after qualifying for the semifinals of the women's 200m T12 event with a timing of 25.41s in her heats on Friday.
Simran topped her heat after running a brilliant race. On Thursday, she missed out on a medal, finishing fourth in the women's 100m T12 final after clocking 12.31s in the four-player field. The T12 is for athletes with visual impairments.
