Britney Spears has once again been publicly supported by long-time pal Paris Hilton after the singer shed tears during her latest Instagram upload.
The songstress, 40, regularly shares videos of her showing off her dance moves to tunes at home but emotions ran high in her recent video as she couldn't hold back the tears.
But she made it extremely clear it was anything but a "breakdown" and instead called it the "release that I've needed for a very long time".
