NEW DELHI: Veteran Sharath Kamal and world No. 24 Manika Batra have been chosen to lead the Indian men's and women's teams, respectively, at the Paris Games, marking the country's inaugural participation in Olympic team events.
Following the guidelines set by the Table Tennis Federation of India, the senior selection committee announced a six-member squad (three players per section), along with the designation of individuals slated to compete in the singles events.
