Parents are being warned that children are at risk of catching potentially lethal measles with more than one in 10 still unvaccinated - the lowest level in a decade.
The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) says children should have their measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccines as well as other routine jabs before starting school.
Measles is a highly infectious disease which can lead to serious complications such as pneumonia and encephalitis (inflammation of the brain).
