Police are searching for a missing 33-year-old with epilepsy who was last seen getting off a bus in west London a week ago.
Steven Carolan, from Kensington, was last seen near Putney Bridge around 6.50pm last Friday (November 3).
Scotland Yard says officers are growing "increasingly concerned" for his welfare as he suffers from epilepsy and is not thought to have access to his medication.
Mr Carolan's mother, Sandra Carolan, said in an appeal directly to her son: “Steven, you’re not in any trouble. Your Mum and Dad want to help. We can help you and we love you very much.”
The evening he was last seen, Mr Carolan is known to have boarded a route 28 bus at 5.28pm at West Kensington Station, towards Wandsworth.
He then took a route 220 bus from Mapleton Crescent in Wandsworth, outside Southside Shopping Centre at 6.35pm, before getting off at Putney Bridge at 6.50pm.
He was last known to be wearing black clothing and black trainers with white soles.
Detective Inspector Fiona Van Kampen, from the Met's missing persons team, said: "We have carried out a number of enquiries to try and find Steven and we are appealing for anyone who may have seen him last Friday, or in the week since, to contact us."
