Deciding what to name your child it can be a pretty tough call, as parents will want to make it unique and special to them. On the other hand, the last thing you want is for the name to be mocked or judged by others as it's a decision you can't change. A friend of two parents recently took to Quora to explain that some old friends had recently had a child and when they managed to set on a name, everybody thought it was great - until he started school.
In the post, the woman revealed the child's name and explained that it had that caused quite the stir when the son started school.

On the face of it, the name seems pretty harmless, but nothing gets past the kids at school who want to tease you.
According to the post, the parents set on the name Uriel which is pretty unique and would set the son apart from a sea of Brads, Jacobs and Joshuas.
The author explained in the post: "Uriel is one of the archangels. Archangels are the head honcho angels, so Uriel is on the same angelic pay grade as Michael, Gabriel and Raphael."
So far, so good, as it seems like Uriel is shaping up to be a pretty good choice for the couple.
"So we all agreed Uriel was a pretty cool name, it’s unique but short. It’s also easy to pronounce and spell, and Uriel is one of the boss angels, after all," she continued.
Another plus point, the author noted, was that the parents felt he stood a good chance of not getting bullied.
However, upon starting school, some issues started to arise with his name as fellow classmates found a cruel similarity between the boy's name and another word.
Many of the kids started to call him 'urinal' as a mean nickname, leaving the parents disappointed.

She continued: "This poor kid had to endure remarks like: 'Hey, Urinal! Can I borrow you for a minute? I have to pee!"
That meant whenever he wanted to use the actual urinals at school, it was rarely a peaceful process as he couldn't escape the name-calling.
Despite thinking they'd made a safe bet with an unusual name that boasted a lovely sentiment, the child faced serious mockery at school, much to the shock of the parent's friends as they did not see it coming.
