What is toughest to endure in this world is losing a partner and at the same time losing a parent for your child. It is hard, very hard and challenging to navigate this grief with added single parenting responsibility. The partner who is left behind has to everyday deal with the emotional blows that come with seeing their children crying and grieving hearts. Coping without the love of your life and seeing your children growing up faster than they should and coping without father or mothers love is heart bracingly difficult.
