A U.S. Paralympic athlete facing medical and living expenses while training for the 2028 Los Angeles Games has taken on an unconventional sponsorship deal: posting strictly safe-for-work content on OnlyFans while turning down five-figure offers to post adult content.

Catarina Guimaraes, a 22-year-old from Cranford, New Jersey, signed a $25,000 annual deal with the subscription platform best known for hosting adult entertainment, as reported by NJ.com.
