Swapping her racing wheelchair for a sit ski, Australia's golden girl of the summer Paralympics is on target to realise a dream nearly five years in the making.

A month out from the Milan-Cortina Games, para-triathlete and dual-sport Paralympic gold medallist Lauren Parker says she's done enough to qualify in biathlon and cross-country.
