Does Papier have free delivery?
Unfortunately, Papier does not currently offer free delivery. Standard delivery typically costs £3.99 and takes 2 working days to arrive. Express delivery is also available for £6.99.
Can I get a Papier NHS discount?
Yes! NHS workers can enjoy 20% off when they shop at Papier with the Papier NHS discount. All you'll need to do is verify your key worker status through healthservicediscounts and you'll receive a code to enter at the checkout.
Can I shop the Papier sales?
Of course. In the past, Papier has taken part in seasonal sales throughout the year, like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, where we've seen discounts of up to 20% off. These tend to be time-limited promotions, so keep an eye out to avoid missing one.
What is the Papier returns policy?
Papier has a 30-day returns policy in case you change your mind about your purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition for you to receive a refund. Please note that personalised products are not typically eligible for return, however, you can contact Papier if you are not 100% happy with your order.

How to use your Papier discount code
- Choose a Papier promo code from our selection and click the 'Get Code' button underneath the offer you choose.
- Copy the Papier coupon code once the pop-out box appears prompting you to do so.
- Head to the Papier website, find the products you require, and then add them to your shopping basket. When you've finished browsing, click on the shopping basket button at the top right-hand corner of the website.
- Fill in your details, shipping information and delivery method.
- Next, you’ll see a section titled ‘Voucher code’ - paste your code in here. Once you hit 'Apply', your discount will be applied to your order.
How do we source voucher codes and deals?
We have an expert deals team who dedicate their working hours to finding discount codes, sales, and other great offers to help you save money. They work with affiliate networks and search the web high and low for the best deals around. Once they’ve tested the codes, they add the offers to the brand page for you to redeem.
We also have a partnership team that builds relationships with our brands, negotiating exclusive discount codes (which will be the best offer currently on the market), that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. Once they secure an exclusive code, the deals team then add them to the brand page.
Finally, our editorial team provide additional information on each brand, the FAQs provide much-needed answers to your questions and our Hints & Tips give you advice on alternative ways to save money when there isn’t a discount code available.
How do we source voucher codes and deals?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
Our business model works by commission, so when you click one of our offers and then make a purchase on the brand’s website, we get a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent as our offers have helped connect you with the brand.
The way we do this is by dropping a cookie! When you click one of our links, a unique identifier is added that lets the brand know that you’ve come from Woman & Home vouchers, and that’s how we manage to keep these vouchers free to use!
