All independent Paperchase stores and their website is set to shut down for good, following the brand's collapse into administration.
Despite Tesco rescuing Paperchase in the eleventh hour, it was not enough to keep the company as a separate entity.
All stores across the UK, including two in Edinburgh, will shut their doors for good in the coming weeks.
The Paperchase.com website is also set to shut down by midnight on Friday, February 17.
In an email to their customers, Paperchase said: "It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that the Paperchase.com online store will cease trading on Friday 17th February 2023 at midnight.

"In the meantime, you can still shop online and get at least 30 percent off almost everything while stocks last.
"We want to take a moment to thank you for your support and loyalty over the years. Whether you were browsing for the latest notebook or seeking inspiration for your latest project, we are so grateful to have been a part of your journey.
"You will still be able to shop in our stores for a little longer. We'll have new stock arriving weekly in stores with up to 50% off. Hurry, when it's gone, it's gone. Click below to find your local store.
"Thank you for being a part of our special journey. With love, the Paperchase team."
An actual date has yet to be confirmed for the shut-down of the physical Paperchase stores, but sadly, customers will no longer be able to use gift cards. The last day to spend Paperchase vouchers was Tuesday, February 14.
The Paperchase brand will not disappear forever, however, as it will still be sold within Tesco stores across the country.
At the time of the buy-out, Tesco's managing director of home and clothing said: "Paperchase is a well-loved brand by so many, and we're proud to bring it to Tesco stores across the UK.
"We have been building out plans to bring more brands and inspiration to the ranges we currently offer, and this will help us to take those plans further. We look forward to sharing more with our customers in due course."
