Paolo Nutini fans who were desperate to get tickets for his UK tour have been left disappointed as the pre-sale tickets sold out at 9am.
Some devoted followers bought the Paisley star's album to be able to gain early access, but despite this some have not managed to bag tickets.
Last week, the singer announced his first major tour in years, kicking off in Ireland on August 21.
It includes a London performance at the historic Alexandra Palace as well as two shows north of the border.
He will play Edinburgh's O2 Academy on October 31 and Aberdeen Music Hall on November 1.
And fans were promised that if they pre-ordered his new album 'Last Night In The Bittersweet' they would gain exclusive access to early tickets.
But when they logged on to get some, they found that they were sold out at 9am, with many having problems with Ticket Master.
Many took to social media to rant.
One fan wrote: "Pre-ordered Paolo Nutini's new album, got a presale code and yet 9 on the dot all the tickets are seemingly gone. What bulls*** is this?"
Another added: "How can all the pre-sale tickets be gone for Paolo Nutini at 9 on the dot?"
While one said: "Has anyone manager to get Paolo Nutini presale tickets for o2 Academy Edinburgh this morning through the fan presale??? Told me I had exceeded ticket amount (2??) then kicked me out the queue or said my code had been used??? What s*** is this."
Last week Paolo released ‘Lose It’ and ‘Through The Echoes’ - the two songs provide a taste of what to expect from ‘Last Night In The Bittersweet’ .
Paolo’s fourth studio album is a 70-minute epic that spans the distance from classic rock to post-punk to hypnotic Krautrock, in the process proving its value as his deepest, most varied, most accomplished, and ultimately most rewarding set so far.
Paolo is also confirmed to perform on Later…with Jools Holland, on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer on Saturday, June 11.
