Amidst volatility, Palantir Technologies (PLTR) stock had touched 2026 lows of $106.4 in June. While there was some recovery from lows in July, the big price action came in August 2026 when Palantir reported Q2 FY26 results. The numbers were ahead of estimates, and PLTR stock surged by 50% last month.
Given the rally, is it a good time to enter PLTR stock? An essential point in this context is the fact that even with the recent surge, PLTR stock has returned, as of this writing, just under 1% in the past 52 weeks and is still in the red by about 6% year-to-date (YTD). The upside has therefore been from oversold levels and is backed by strong fundamental developments.
