NEW DELHI: Pakistan's all-rounder Shadab Khan is in doubt for their upcoming World Cup match against New Zealand due to concerns about concussion. Team director Mickey Arthur confirmed that Shadab Khan, although having passed a preliminary test, remains uncertain for the game.
Shadab Khan suffered a concussion during their previous match against South Africa, in which he landed awkwardly on his shoulder, resulting in his head hitting the ground. This incident marked his third concussion since September of the previous year. As a precaution, he was replaced by Usama Mir in the team for their subsequent match against Bangladesh.
