Paisley youngsters had a splashing time on their walk to the Fountain Gardens last week.
The walk, which was organised by the Pals of the Privies, allowed the children to cool off in the water during the high temperatures.

Trustee Karen Campbell said: “Every week we set off, every Thursday from 4pm to 5:30pm, and the kids go for a walk. We visit all the parks that have been updated and we have had a couple of trips that the kids have fundraised for.
“When we headed down to the Fountain Gardens, we sang songs and the kids love to try and encourage drivers to beep their horns - we try to keep everything upbeat. The kids absolutely love the walks.”
Pals of the Privies is free but asks for donations in the form of snacks that the kids can take on their walks.
