Club captain Euan Stuart added the extras with a fine kick to give the hosts a 7-0 lead at the break.
The second half was a battling affair, with Paisley bravely hanging on to a shutout in their first fixture of the year.
Centre Simon Duff received the man of the match award for his tireless work in defence.
The win moved the club up to joint-fourth in the table alongside Oban Lorne.
Paisley are back in action tomorrow afternoon when they travel to North Lanarkshire to take on Dalziel, who currently sit just one place below them in sixth.
Paisley Rugby Club’s junior and women’s sections have now both restarted their training after a winter hiatus.
