Paisley motorcyclist killed in A82 crash named has appeal launched for information

A man who died in a crash between a motorcycle and car on the A82 north of Luss has been named.

37-year-old Andrew Jowett, from Paisley, was riding a blue Suzuki motorcycle when the crash involving a white Skoda Scala occurred on the northbound carriageway around 6.40pm on Tuesday (June 13).

He was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he died. His family has been made aware and report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
