A gran from Paisley has been left shocked after receiving a 'Do Not Resuscitate' form that had been signed off by two doctors, without her consent.
Jacqueline Hawthorn was admitted to the Royal Alexandra Hospital for 10 days in November suffering from a serious chest infection.
The 78-year-old remembers a doctor coming to speak to her about having a DNR order placed on her medical records but said it wasn't something she would consider, reports the Daily Record.
