Paddy McGuinness sent a plea to footballing legend Jamie Redknapp for help with shopping for children's shoes. Facing the bank breaking cost of kitting out all three of his children with new shoes, the dad-of-three called out to the pundit for assistance.
In an Instagram post showing a talented Sports Direct employee balancing a tower of 12 shoe boxes, McGuinness explained that he had to buy endless shoes for his kids after the children had had a growth sprurt. With just one box falling from the tower - the video zooms in the fallen box to reveal Skechers Air Cooled footwear.
Captioning the post with an explanation of the clip, he then called out to fellow dad Jamie to "hook him up" with Skechers. Redknapp advertises the shoe brand often promoting it on his own social media account.

Paddy who has nine year-old twins Leo and Penelope, and five year-old Felicity with his wife, Christine McGuinness, wrote: "Our three kids are going through growth spurts! Two at nine and one coming up for six. Including their school shoes, PE and everyday footwear we’re up to 12 pairs. It’s times like this when my heart goes out to centipedes."
He continued: "Big up to the staff at @sportsdirectuk Macclesfield for helping me out. That was a lot of packing near closing time on a Sunday. PS when you hooking me up @jamie.redknapp"
The sportsman saw the funny side and replied to the post. "Pick those up sharpish big man ! And get them in the bag", he said. Paddy responded: "You know it!"
