Paddy McGuinness had teased that he would give his wife Christine McGuinness and their three children "cuddles" upon his return to the UK following a work trip abroad.
It comes amid speculation over the couple's marriage in recent weeks, with Christine, 34, having said last week that they are having a "very difficult time" at the moment.
Her husband Paddy, 48, has been out in Thailand over the last few days, with him understood to have been filming for Top Gear alongside co-presenter Chris Harris, 47.
Ahead of his return, he had expressed excitement about getting back home and even promised his family "cuddles" amid the concerns over his 11 year marriage to Christine.
His remark came in response to Christine sharing a photo on Instagram yesterday of herself and their kids Penelope, eight, Leo, eight, and Felicity, six, enjoying the sunshine.
Paddy responded to the photo - which showed his three children in a paddling pool with wife Christine nearby - with him commenting: "Cuddles tomorrow [when I'm back]."
Christine had written about the school holidays in the caption, teasing that she wants to make it "the best one yet" by giving the kids "adventures and exploring new places".

There's been speculation over the state of the marriage for a few weeks, with some concern sparked by his failure to 'publicly support' her whilst she was on ITV 's The Games.
More recently, Christine headed off on holiday with some friends and later hinted at issues within the relationship. She is reportedly still wearing her wedding ring though.
She told the Sun last week: "I'm feeling really quite raw and all over the place. What I might have put up with in the past, I probably wouldn’t put up with now, and the same for him.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire alum added: I can't deny, we are having a very, very difficult time." She didn't go into detail but stressed that she "didn't cause this situation."
She had previously said on Instagram amid the speculation surrounding her marriage: "There is only one thing I want to make clear right now... I didn't put us in this situation."
The Mirror approached reps of Christine and Paddy for comment.
