Paddy McGuinness and his estranged wife Christine separated in 2022 after 15 years together, but the pair have not taken the common route.
Following their split, The Take Me Out presenter and his ex promised to keep things civil for the sake of their children, Penelope and Leo, 9 and Felicity, 7.
In order to do this, the former couple still live under the same roof, in an attempt to keep things as "normal as possible" for the kids, as writes the Mirror.
The pair released a joint statement via Instagram at the time of their split. It read: "We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship."
Continuing the announcement they said they would continue to "live happily in our family home together".
They added that their main priority was to "move forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children".
It comes as Christine admitted being single "petrified" her. The mum-of-three was diagnosed with autism in 2021, with her three children also diagnosed with the disability.
Speaking to OK! Magazine recently, Christine said: "We don't know what the future holds or how it's going to be moving forward, but we'll try to keep things as normal as possible.
"I'm quite happy for him to be there with the children and it's nice for them to see Mummy and Daddy just being alright. We can sit and have a cup of tea together and that's fine."
Recent rumours have circulated that the Top Gear star has grown close to presenter Kirsty Gallagher. However, it remains unknown what will happen when one of the pair officially move on.
Last month, Paddy was spotted "getting cosy" with the former Sky Sports star at the Ham Yard Hotel in London's Soho, following reports that the 49-year-old had a tattoo dedicated to Christine removed.
The two are reportedly "leaning on each other" since their break-ups - Kirsty split from former rugby player Paul Sampson partner in 2015 after 16 years together.
"Paddy and Kirsty have known each other a long time and are good friends," a source revealed to OK!.
Christine is said to find the idea of the pair dating "tough". A source told Closer: "Even though Christine has been in a great place - she's moving on and knows it's through with Paddy - part of her is still getting over the end of her marriage, so hearing about him potentially being in a new relationship was naturally a surprise.
"The idea of Paddy dating a celebrity like Kirsty is also tough for her, just because she and Kirsty have some mutual friends and already people have been talking about it."
It comes as Christine was spotted kissing best pal Chelcee Grimes during a trip to Winter Wonderland in London. The duo have spent a lot of time together since they met on ITV show, The Games.
While they played down the scenes, they've still remained close. Earlier this week, Chelcee organised a birthday surprise for the model, who then indulged at a spa.
It came as Christine admitted she will be "living freely to my absolute fullest" in the lead up to her first birthday since her split.
