The best chippy combination is an age-old debate that will never be resolved - traditional fish and chips or a pie? Curry sauce or simple, glorious, mushy peas? Now TV star Paddy McGuiness has weighed in on the debate as he presented his tea to followers on Instagram.
But he got a bit more than he bargained for as outraged fans told him to 'get out' over a 'wrong' addition, Birmingham Live reports. "Send it! Chips, pudding, beans and gravy with a buttered barm and a tub of curry sauce. Full slag. #weekend #treat #chippytea," he wrote.
The star shared a snap of chips, a steak and kidney pudding, beans and gravy on Instagram. Alongside the dish, he had a cob with butter - and a pot of curry sauce with its lid on to boot. The ITV Take Me Out star was slammed by some, though.
