Well, this kind of backfired.
Let me explain: Jack’s American Pub, a bar in Milwaukee promised that it would pay patrons’ bar tabs all season if the New York Jets lost. Why? Because Wisconsin was Aaron Rodgers country for years until he forced his way out to Gang Green.
The catch: You had to start a tab 15 minutes before the game, stay to watch the whole game … and Aaron Rodgers has to start the contest.
You know what happened by now. Rodgers started. He got injured. He may not play the rest of the season. And then the Jets came back to win against the Buffalo Bills.
CBS 58 was there at Jack’s when Rodgers was injured and fans cheered for free drinks.
