Barcelona boss Xavi has decided to send Rangers-linked Pablo Torre out on loan from the Nou Camp last season - but the youngster looks to be heading to Villarreal.
Reports in Spain earlier this month said Michael Beale was interested in the 20-year-old who had also been linked with a move to Ibrox when he was at former club Racing Santander before he moved to the Catalan giants.
Ajax and Club Brugge were also said to be interested now it's being claimed that Xavi has decided he does want to send the player out on loan but only for one season and without an option to buy as he looks to get the young talent some much-needed game time. However, Villarreal appears to be his most likely destination, according to Spanish outlet AS. They say talks have already taken place with the La Liga side.
