P&O cruises offer upset passengers vouchers after leaving them 'cold with no food'

P&O cruise customers have hit out at the firm after they were 'stranded' for hours in the cold with no food or drink.

Up to 50 irate passengers were left outraged after they were offered vouchers are compensation.

Some of the customers were loyal to the brand beforehand, travelling on as many as 20 other P&O cruises, but have now vowed never to set foot on the ships again.
