Up to 50 P&O Cruises customers were left stranded for hours in the cold with no food or drink - and the firm is not giving any refunds.
The incident has left some customers outraged. Despite some having been on as many as 20 P&O cruises , those interviewed by The Mirror report never wanting to set foot on the company's ships again.
The passengers affected were due to board a P&O vessel, the Aurora, at Southampton bound for the Canary Islands on April 1 this year.
