Cullross is set to unveil plans to build 72 flats on the site of the former Oxygen nightclub on Brown Street in Dundee.
The proposed development would include a mix of one and two-bedroom flats, with workshop and commercial units at ground floor level.
A Proposal of Application Notice was submitted to Dundee City Council in December, signifying the formal notice of intent to submit a planning application, following a minimum 12-week period of consultation.
