One of the owners of the Swiss bar where a devastating fire broke out during a New Year’s Eve party killing 40 people was arrested on Friday, according to reports.

Jacques Moretti, co-owner of Le Constellation in the ski resort of Crans-Montana, was detained in the nearby city of Sion due to a potential risk ‌of ​flight, local ​newspaper 24 Heures reported.
