A “dirty” Leeds café has been given given a one-star food hygiene rating after inspectors found multiple issues and demanded "major improvements"..
Food inspectors visited The Windmill Cafe in Middleton Road, Belle Isle, and gave it the second lowest rating possible, before instant closure.
Inspectors were dismayed to find bread rolls stored on the floor, “dirty” plug sockets and said fixtures, fittings and work surfaces all needed cleaning.
