One of Llandudno's longest running guest houses has gone on the market.
The Del Mar, on Deganway Avenue, describes itself as a "good old fashioned Bed and Breakfast" and is one of the longest established B&B's in the town. The 11 bedroom site has now gone up for sale with Fleurets, and has a guide price of £450,000.
The building is within easy reach of the famous Llandudno Promenade and is described as being perfect for a short stay or weekend break, NorthWalesLive reports.

The current owners bought the B&B just over two years ago and, despite the pandemic, have managed to run a "profitable" business from the site. Fleurets said there is the potential to boost trade further by opening all year and offering evening meals.
The decision to sell comes as the resort bounces back positively from the covid pandemic. The crisis and other external factors saw a number of hotels and shops close over the past two years.
But retail has bounced back strongly with new lettings while a number of key seafront hotels have been bought and reopened.
On the Del Mar, Fleurets said: "Our clients purchased the business two years ago and have run the property as a bed and breakfast establishment. There is no bar servery, or evening meals provided.
"Our client trades for 10 months of the year, accounts to April 5, 2020 show sales of £75,107. There may be potential to trade all year round and enhance the business by offer evening meals."
