Overlooked industry could unlock billions for Australia

Australia could unlock a multibillion-dollar economic boost over the next 15 years by supporting semiconductor technologies, researchers believe, as they call for government help.

The Semiconductor Sector Service Bureau (S3B) on Thursday will release a roadmap with recommendations for supporting the computing sector to 2040.
