Long working hours, lack of movement, irregular eating habits, and stress have put IT professionals at a high risk of Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Fatty Liver Disease (MAFLD). A recent study conducted by the University of Hyderabad in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology (AIG) found that around 84% of IT employees have MAFLD.
