Sam Heughan's voice has become known around the world as he plays the Scots accented Jamie Fraser in TV hit Outlander.

And fans have suggested his voice is so good that he would even sound swoon-worthy reading from a phone book.

It's now been revealed that The Men In Kilts star did exactly that - when he was with some fans during a meet and greet in the US.
