An Outlander actor expressed his dismay as he and other British Airways customers were left with no information on their flight at an Edinburgh Airport gate.
Graham McTavish, who is known for his role as William Buccleigh MacKenzie in the Starz time-travel drama series Outlander, was at the capital's airport to catch a British Airways flight when he - and other passengers - faced disruption to the service.

The actor took to Twitter to share his frustration and get some answers from the flight operators. He said: "Currently, along with dozens and dozens of other paying passengers, being ignored at gate 10 of Edinburgh airport by British Airways gate staff.
"No announcements. Just staff showing each other pictures on their phones and enjoying themselves. Very poor."
The delay to the service happened yesterday, October 9, with the British Airways representatives replying to the star, saying: "We're sorry to hear this and will certainly make sure your comments are fed back."
Many were quick to agree with the star, sharing travel issues they've faced lately.
One wrote: "Ugh …. pretty sure @Ryanair toasted whisky together whilst ignoring us. Drove me crazy. I heard all about their night oot tho. Hope you get home @British_Airways"
With another writing: "Yikes @British_Airways do better. We experienced the exact same thing!"
A third said: "I'm currently in Scotland having flown BA to get here, and vowed once I'm home I will never fly BA again. Worst airport and in-flight customer service I've ever received. And I paid for Business class!"
It is assumed Glasgow-born Graham was travelling back to New Zealand where he now lives with his wife and two children after settling there in 2011.
McTavish who plays Dougal MacKenzie in Outlander, as well as starring as Dwalin in The Hobbit Trilogy and Ser Harrold Westerling in Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon, had a packed weekend full of meet and greets at the Royal Highland Centre as part of Comic-Con.
