Leon Balogun has signed a new one-year deal at Rangers, according to reports.
It's claimed the defender - who is out of contract in the summer - has agreed an extension at Ibrox.
The Scottish Sun reports Balogun 'won over' Philippe Clement with his performances this season.
And it's thought he has penned a one-year extension to his Ibrox terms.
Rangers are set for a major overhaul this summer with John Lundstram, Borna Barisic, Ryan Jack and Jon McLaughlin all expected to head for the exit.
Clement will also lose loan players Fabio Silva, Oscar Cortes and Abdallah Sima as they return to their respective parent clubs at the end of the season.
Rangers have already confirmed their first transfer deal of the summer with defender Jefte joining the club on a long-term deal.
And it's thought Rangers will also complete a loan move for Jose Cordoba after the defender paid an emotional farewell to Levski Sofia last night.
Meanwhile, Balogun admitted a lack of confidence cost Rangers in the Scottish Cup final against Celtic.
He said: “I think the edge this season that they had over us was probably a bit in confidence and that they turned up and delivered when they needed to and that’s where we fell short.
“It’s not what you feel right now, going back to the rational side of things, but if if we reflect on our season, it started really, really tough, (then a ) great comeback. You can’t take it away from us, no matter how disappointed you are."
