Our Yorkshire Farm's Amanda Owen makes cheeky 'size matters' joke after delighting fans with Clive reunion

Amanda Owen has left her fans in stitches after making a cheeky joke while working on the farm. The Yorkshire Shepherdess is regularly keeping her fans and followers updated on the goings-on at Ravenseat Farm and her latest post about her beloved pony Tony and her horse Maple prompted giggles.

Taking to Instagram, Amanda posted a snap of the pair in their stable when she wrote in the caption: "Size matters. Tony winning the prize this morning. (A Clydesdale size portion of hot mash that was left cooling)." She then clarified: "Maple can reach the latch & has learnt how to open the bottom stable door."

She then added 'small is beautiful' and 'big is beautiful' in a series of hashtags. But it didn’t take long for Amanda’s followers to share their amusement at the tongue-in-cheek start to the caption with a flurry of crying laughing emojis filling the comments section.

While @dunneberyl posted: "Cheeky." Others, however, were quick to coo over Tony and Maple. @cacti.n.engines said: "Beautiful, both of them...well done Tony on the win." @palmerrober wrote: "Lovely photo! They are great friends." @katrinakarolchyk commented: "Love these two together." @mike.inman.902 shared: "Just gorgeous and magnificent." @janetsylviaalden added: "Awe that's brilliant."

The post comes after Amanda delighted fans by reuniting with her ex-husband Clive in a rare whole family get-together with all nine of their brood. The Our Yorkshire Farm star shared snaps of their happy family as they got together at Ravenseat Farm.

Amanda, 48, posted a collage to her Instagram Stories showing her smiling proudly with her kids and two of their friends. A second image then showed Clive, 68, had swapped places with her and took his turn for a photo with their brood. Alongside gifs of a digger and a sheep, Amanda wrote: "The farm army. Many hands make light work."

Amanda and Clive announced their split back in June 2022 after 22 years of marriage. The pair, who are parents to Raven, 21, Reuben, 19, Miles, 16, Edith, 14, Violet, 12, Sidney, 11, Annas, nine, Clemmy, seven, and six-year-old Nancy, announced they would be splitting in an Instagram Story post.

The joint statement read: "Clive and I have are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate. This hasn't been easy, but we both believe it's the right choice for the future of our family. Although we are no longer a couple, we continue to work on the farm and co-parent together with our number one priority the happiness and well-being of our children."

Amanda is now enjoying life as a single "independent woman" who's concentrating on raising her nine children without a new man in her life. Previously speaking to the MailOnline about her relationship status, she said: "I'm just getting on with my life as an independent woman, looking after the kids and my sheep."
