Famous shepherdess Amanda Owen has shown that farming really is a family affair, as she gave an insight into the tasks she gets up to at Ravenseat.
The Our Yorkshire Farm star took to Twitter to share that she and two of her children, Miles, 15, and Clemmie, six, ran into some technical issues while making hay.
In a tweet shared yesterday, the TV star, 47, said: "Make hay while the sun shines. As per usual we have a few technical issues, this time a blocked fuel filter."
Alongside the post, the mum-of-nine published four photos, including Miles on a tractor and one of him inspecting a piece of machinery.
The third snap showed Miles and his younger sister Clemmy working to fix the fuel filter.
Many fans shared their concern for the family working during the heatwave, with one person saying: "Hope you are all coping ok with the heat. Take care."
Another wrote: "What’s the temperature at the farm today I’m in harlow and it’s 35c xx."
A third person said: "I have been thinking of you all - of all the things I have done haying is right up there with the worst!"
Last week Amanda enjoyed a beer as she made her first live TV appearance on This Morning following the end of her marriage.
The TV favourite shocked fans when she confirmed her and husband Clive had decided to split after over two decades of marriage.
The pair have been married since 2000, tying the knot five years after they met in 1995.
Amanda and Clive have their own Channel 5 show together about their farm, but fans were left reeling last month when the couple released a joint statement to announce they were going their separate ways.
In a statement, they shared: "Clive and I have are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate.
"This hasn't been easy, but we both believe it's the right choice for the future of our family. Although we are no longer a couple, we continue to work on the farm and co-parent together with our number one priority the happiness and well-being of our children."
On Thursday, Amanda appeared on This Morning live from The Great Yorkshire Show, where she was joined by presenter Matt Baker.
Showing the cameras around, Amanda and Matt shared their fond memories of the event, as they gestured towards some sheep which were being kept in pens nearby and admired all the show had to offer.
"Can you imagine what it's like for me coming here with the kids, I remember losing a child here at the Great Yorkshire Show so it's very very stressful," she told Matt as they were both offered a drink and the pair enjoyed a special brew together which was named after a shire horse as both of them laughed about drinking so early in the day.
