Hi and welcome to this morning's Our Liverpool.
Today we're starting our mission to find out where you think is the best place to live in Liverpool. For me it's the city centre, but a few other places came close to getting my vote.
I was reminded it's World Book Day today and it brought back so many memories of my mum stressfully cobbling together a costume for me to wear to school. I remember those £1 tokens they used to give out and spending way too long picking a book and then only reading the first few pages. Did everyone get those tokens?

Anger, rows and drama... it's a Liverpool Council budget meeting
Yesterday the council held its most important meeting of the year as it set next year's budget. The meeting was tense, as witnessed by political editor Liam Thorp, with the ECHO's parking fines revelations a continual theme and the Lord Mayor even telling one councillor to "sit down and shut up" - which he later apologised for.
Man's life changed forever by 'brilliant accident'
Ian Delaney had been through a breakup and was lonely and isolated as the only LGBTQ+ person amongst his friends. That all changed when he found the Mersey Marauders, an LGBTQ+ inclusive football team, by a "brilliant accident."
He told our reporter Paul McAuley: "The experience of joining was very surreal - from knowing barely any gay people to being on the pitch with 22 of them was a different experience for me but I have never looked back."
