Laura Nuttall's family have paid tribute to the 'girl with a plan' who lived her life on 'fast-forward' even before the incurable diagnosis.
A massive blue, Laura is to be honoured by Everton fans at the Everton v Bournemouth match on Sunday by displaying her picture on the main screen. They are also planning to clap and cheer at the 23rd minute.
