The mum of a six-year-old Liverpool FC fan who 'didn't give up' has said said she will "forever be honoured to be your mum" in a touching tribute shared yesterday. Jayden Lamerton, 6, died last week months after he was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour in January.
Mum Chelsea vowed to never forget her boy and to 'make sure your name is heard and your story is told.' She said: "I will love you always I will forever be honoured to be your mum and I promise you I will live every single day just like you would have wanted.

Merseyrail address passengers' concerns over 'missing' feature on new trains
Merseyrail have explained why one feature has been left off their new 777 trains which are currently being rolled out across parts of the network. The trains have been called a 'very positive improvement', though some have complained about the 'inconvenience' caused by the lack of toilet or baby changing facilities.
