Netflix's new documentary Our Father follows the story of a twisted fertility doctor who secretly impregnated his patients as part of a 'sick experiment'.
The show tells the story of disgraced GP Donald Cline - who committed the real life crimes to women as they visited his clinic, secretly fathering 50 children after telling his patients the sperm used was from volunteer donors - when it was actually his own.
His first victim realised the shocking truth in 2016 - when she discovered Cline was her biological father.
The woman decided to contact her local news station in Indianapolis - which prompted more half-siblings to come forward.
What happened next was horrifying for all those involved.
In a trailer for the show, one woman who was impregnated by Cline revealed: "I had to tell my husband, 'We're just now finding out that Julie is not yours'," as her daughter sobbed beside her.
Another woman added: "I think it was some sick experiment for him. Most of us have blonde hair, blue eyes.
"It was almost like this perfect Aryan clan. It's disgusting."
Cline supposedly did not commit an actual crime, but the siblings insist they will not give up in their fight for justice.
"He wants me to keep quiet but I will never back down, I will fight to expose all of your secrets," one said in the trailer.
They added: "I dread every new match that comes in case it's somebody I know or someone I dated."
The horrific trailer dropped earlier this week and has already garnered a huge amount of attention from sickened fans online.
